Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is available to support youth and adults. Clients have the opportunity to work with the therapist on themselves and their goals in a supportive therapeutic environment. Clients are supported to address feelings, actions, and thoughts while also exploring contributing factors.
Clients often choose to attend therapy to explore and change issues, feelings and behaviours in their personal life. It is also common to explore and address relationship patterns, communication and interactions with others. Individual counselling addresses family and relationship dynamics.
